DionasWelchel Properties chose ICF construction for their corporate headquarters due to the flexibility and durability of the ICF walls while resulting in only minimal plan alterations. Since their business is construction and development they wanted to use a product that would provide significant energy efficiency as well as create an environment that supported a superior level indoor air quality. ICF construction with its seamless connection and thermal mass quality was best suited to provide such an environment.
