Osprey Pointe Climate-Controlled Storage

Located in Knoxville, TN the 40,000 square foot Osprey Pointe Climate-Controlled Storage Facility is one of the first of its kind the south. The four-story exterior shell is done completely out of Insulated Concrete Forms. The Facility is being built by Sun Constructors, LLC. This design choice has allowed the owners to expect energy/utility savings in excess of 35% to 40% of the typical operational costs of other comparable facilities. The developer has been a long-time believer in ICF — so much that he built his personal residence out of it over 25 years ago.
